I walked in to Leon yesterday and today walked 15 miles forward, but took a bus back, so I could have a second night in Leon. Tomorrow morning I will take the 30 minute bus ride back to San Martin and continue walking forward. I rented a nice place that has a kitchen and a washing machine ($100 a night). They provide bread and croissants, oranges and a squeezer, Cola Cao, so a great place to spend 2 nights. All my clothes are clean and I am feeling good.

Do you find the weather forecasts seem to be less accurate there? Probably hard to tell. The photo of the rainbow was really beautiful. One nice thing about having rain! Are businesses closing for siestas usually townwide, or by individual shops?
