Another outstanding weather day, sunny and mid 60s. We are back in the mountains again, which I love. Tomorrow is the Cruz de Ferro in the morning and a castle in the afternoon!
Puente Villarente to Hospital de Orbigo
The weather has been sunny the past two days with highs of 70. Can’t ask for more than that. Really the weather has been great for walking. We have enjoyed the cloudy, cool weather and the rains have been mostly in the evenings and nights.
Sahagun to Puente Villarente
The kids moved on to Leon today, while Elizabeth and I stopped in Puente Villarente. We will meet up tomorrow and walk out of the city together. Click below to read about our past two days.
Carrion de los Condes to Sahagun
The weather continues to be quite cold (low 40s at night, mid 50s during the day) It is great for hiking. The long range forecast does call for it to warm up and the evening rains to stop. We shall see. It has actually been great for walking. The warmer weather will be better for socializing.

The weather has turned cold – 45, cloudy and windy at 11AM this morning. No rain today though. We passed the 200 miles walked today.
