I am now in the flatter part of the Camino. The Meseta runs from Burgos to Leon. I have had great weather the past several days. That probably ends tomorrow as the rain returns. The past two days and tomorrow do not have many options in the winter, so I need to carry food and water for the day. Today was great because I had Burgos in the middle of my day.

I’m glad to hear that you’ve been healthy and that things are going smoothly for you. I’m sure it’s helpful that you’ve done the Camino in the winter before because the logistics are more challenging. Nice you found a hotel with heat 24/7! Oh, and there’s nothing like Spanish hot chocolate! Do you have an umbrella with you?
