We are now done the Appalachian Trail phase of our trip and into the family and friends phase. We are now in Vermont at my (Gary) sister’s house. From here we will head to Ohio and Kentucky to visit friends before heading back to Phoenix. Thanks for following along.

What an adventure this last week has been for you! Love all the connections to other hikers, and the lovely kindnesses you did with all the food for the other hikers! All that rain, too…! Wow! I was wondering if you would have trouble with the airlines…..still no rain in Ahwatukee! The north part of the valley got some last night. Although, they do say we all may finally get some this weekend. We’ll see! Enjoy your time with Gary’s family now!
